Our story
Coliville was born from a simple observation: finding housing in Montreal is broken. International students arrive to a maze of 12-month leases, credit checks, and unfurnished apartments. Young professionals face the same headaches, plus the isolation of living alone in a new city.
We set out to build something better. Coliville offers fully furnished, all-inclusive coliving in Montreal's best neighborhoods. No furniture shopping, no utility setup, no surprise bills. Just walk in with your suitcase and start living.
But we're more than a housing platform. We're building communities. Every Coliville resident joins a house of like-minded people, students, professionals, and creatives from around the world who share a kitchen, a living room, and the everyday moments that turn strangers into friends.

The frustration, the dead ends, the loneliness of figuring it all out alone. That experience never left him. So instead of moving on, he decided to fix it. Coliville was born from a simple idea: no one should have to go through that. Today, he's building the community he wished he'd had, one room, one resident, one connection at a time.”
